Not exactly

Iglesias struck out Matt McLain and Jonathan India, and the Atlanta Conquers won 7-6 in an eight-homer slugfest on Saturday to stop the Reds' series of wins at 12 games.

"I wish we won 100 in succession," Spencer Steer said. "We played some great baseball the most recent fourteen days. We've constructed a very decent culture, great bond in that clubhouse and I think we accept that we can play with these heavyweights."

Cincinnati's series of wins was its longest since April 30 to May 12, 1957. The Reds have not won 13 straight since their last six games in 1918 and their initial seven out of 1919.

We as a whole value what we had the option to achieve against great groups and we gained some significant experience about ourselves and we improved as a group. We became more grounded.

"However, as keen to the streak as we are, everything what our identity is and what we have in our clubhouse doesn't disappear."

Helped by the streak, the Reds drew 43,498 for their most memorable back to back full-limit sellouts since June 24-26, 2016, when Pete Rose's No. 14 was resigned.

"Everyone in this clubhouse appreciates playing in that kind of climate," d'Arnaud said. "It resembled the end of the season games. Their energy was infectious. Electric, without a doubt."

Michael Tonkin (2-0) pitched 2 1/3 hitless innings for the Overcomes, who won eight straight prior to losing Friday's series opener.

Ashcraft made his initial beginning since he was hit by a comebacker June 8. He permitted six runs and 10 hits in four innings.

"I never have a real sense of security here with a lead and I never feel like we're out of it," Overcomes director Brian Snitker said. "You never feel better until it's finished."

"I felt like that was one of the better excursions that I've had in some time. It simply didn't turn out well for us today," he said.

Atlanta took a 2-0 lead on performance homers by d'Arnaud in the second and Albies in the third, the last a drive off the extension interfacing the Sun and Moon Deck in right with the principal concourse. Ozuna added a RBI single in the third and McLain's homer slice the hole to 3-2.

Austin Riley hit a RBI twofold in the fourth and scored on Olson's NL-driving 24th homer, his third of the series.
